        Pay by credit card online or pay by check via regular mail.

• Recreational Paper Registration Form* -- Updated for Fall 2013 / Spring 2014
  Must be sent via regular mail along with check and photocopy of birth certificate if applicable.

Forms are also available at the following sporting goods stores:  Locker Room and the Soccer Center.

Fees

Age Requirements

In order for your child to play in the Fall 2013 or Spring 2014 season, he/she must have turned 4 on or before July 31, 2013.  “We’re sorry, but we cannot make any exceptions

Refunds

We have a strict no refund policy.  However in a few special instances we will give a refund to participants.  We will automatically deduct an administrative charge of $15 to cover our costs.
