TOPSoccer (TOPS) is a recreational sports program for children and adults with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities offered only through US Youth Soccer-affiliated soccer clubs, such as the Lexington Youth Soccer Association.

TOPS provides athletes with an opportunity to play soccer in a uniquely structured environment that is safe, fun, supportive, and inclusive.

The LYSA TOPS program is organized and run by volunteer administrators, coaches, buddies, and support staff. Sessions are held in the fall and spring at a local indoor facility.
