Morning Soccer Camps:

Morning camp develops player skills while players have fun and enjoy soccer. Instruction is by professional teachers with extensive soccer backgrounds. The camp environment is safe with shelter from hazardous weather.  

Ages 7 years through high school; Ball skills, speed, balance and rhythm are emphasized.

Ages 5-10: Starter Camp is available for young players who want an introduction to soccer to see if they like it.

Pre-camp individualized training is available each day of camp from 7:45-9:00. This can be customized to include development for: speed and agility, core strength, flexibility, rhythm, stretching of the upper and lower body, first-step advantage, balance.

Afternoon Indoor FHIT Camp:

Futsal High Intensity Training Indoor Camp is an afternoon speed, strength, agility and foot-skills camp that is conducted indoors from 1-5pm each day. It is taught by experienced instructors certified in personal training and experienced LYSA Camp Instructors. This is a high intensity camp conducted in an air-conditioned environment. Most suitable for players seeking to advance their strength, speed and skills to help them succeed at the club and high school levels.
